        Job Description Title: Field Supervisor
        Location: Tembhurni (Solapur) / Jalgaon (Khandesh)
        Experience: 0 – 2 Years
        Department: Farm Operations

• Key Responsibilities :
     1. Procurement & Field Coordination
  • Coordinate with nearby farmers and vendors for daily banana procurement
  • Ensure timely availability of required quantity as per operational plan
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers for consistent supply
  • Monitor harvesting practices to minimize damage and maintain quality
    2. Packhouse Operations Management
  • Supervise unloading, cleaning, sorting, grading, and packing activities
  • Allocate labour effectively across different work areas
  • Ensure smooth workflow and avoid operational delays
    3. Labour Management
  • Manage and supervise daily workforce
  • Arrange labour as per daily volume requirements
  • Monitor attendance, behaviour, and work output
  • Guide and train workers on proper handling and processes
    4. Quality Control Coordination
• • Ensure proper sorting and grading as per company standards
  • Minimize damage, wastage, and improper handling
  • Coordinate with quality team to maintain consistency
    5. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
  • Ensure timely loading of packed material
  • Coordinate movement to cold storage facilities
  • Work closely with logistics team to avoid delays
•   6. Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain daily records of procurement, labour attendance, and operations
  • Share daily updates with Field Manager / Operations Head
  • Report any issues related to labour, supply, or quality immediately

• • Key Skills Required
    • • Strong team handling and labour management skills
      • Good coordination and communication ability
      • Basic understanding of sorting/grading operations
      • Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle pressure
      • Basic record-keeping skills (manual or digital)
  •  Qualification & Experience
    • • Graduate / Diploma (Agriculture preferred but not mandatory)
      • 0–2 years of experience in agri operations, packhouse, banana field, or warehouse
      • Local candidates preferred
  •  Working Conditions
    • • Field and packhouse-based role
      • Requires hands-on involvement in daily operations
