Key Responsibilities

 Conduct product demonstrations and educate farmers on product usage and modern farming practices.

 Visit dealers, distributors, and retailers to maintain relationships and ensure product availability.

 Organize farmer meetings, awareness programs, and field activities to promote products.

 Support sales growth by identifying market opportunities and expanding rural reach.

 Build strong relationships with channel partners for better distribution and market penetration.

 Follow up on payments and support recovery activities with dealers and customers.

 Maintain daily reports on field visits, sales activities, and market feedback.

 Follow instructions and complete tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.
