Sr. Graphic Designer
- Job Role : You will be instrumental in shaping our brand identity and creating compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to design assets that effectively communicate our brand story and drive customer engagement.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize and create engaging visual assets, including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, packaging, and website design.
- Ensure all designs align with Bandhan Agritech’s brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop creative assets for new product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
- Design for both print and digital platforms, with a deep understanding of responsive design principles.
- Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to final production, delivering within deadlines and meeting project specifications.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- Experience :
- Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for creative excellence.
